1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or requesting our services (including scheduling a visual inspection), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access the site or request our services.

2. Corporate Entity, Licensing & Service Area

PiersPro is a trade name of SKILL SEE SERVICES INC, a California corporation, holding California State License Board (CSLB) General Building Contractor License #1110475 — Class B. Our foundation repair, helical pier installation, earthquake retrofitting, balcony reconstruction, and other physical contracting services are available within our defined service area in Southern California, primarily including Los Angeles County and Orange County.

3. Scope of Inspections & Statutory Authority

We provide visual foundation assessments and statutory balcony evaluations subject to California building laws:

• Visual Foundation Inspections: Our visual inspections assess accessible foundation and structural elements to identify settlement, cracking, or water intrusion. A visual inspection does not constitute a formal stamped structural engineering report, land survey, or geotechnical soil analysis.
• SB-721 Inspections: SB-721 inspections are performed under California Health & Safety Code §17973 by a licensed general building contractor with more than five years of relevant experience.
• SB-326 Inspections: SB-326 inspections under California Civil Code §5551 must be performed by a licensed structural engineer, civil engineer, or architect. We do not perform SB-326 inspections directly; we execute the repairs identified in the inspecting professional's report and manage the project on the association's behalf. When you work with PiersPro, we coordinate and provide a licensed engineer for your project, so you do not need to search for external professionals.

4. Information & Professional Engineering Disclaimer

We do not provide direct structural engineering services. Evaluations of structural capacity, load analysis, and stamped design documents are prepared by an independent licensed professional engineer. The educational information, guides, and articles on this website do not constitute licensed architectural or structural engineering advice. When engineering services are required for your project, PiersPro coordinates directly with independent licensed engineers to deliver a complete, seamless solution without requiring you to seek outside specialists.

5. Estimates and Service Agreements

Any price estimates, quotes, or proposals provided verbally or in written form following a visual inspection are subject to change. A binding agreement for foundation repair or seismic work is only established once a formal, written contract outlining the scope of work, schedule, and payment terms is signed by both you (the client) and an authorized representative of PiersPro.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, photographs, code, and software—is the property of PiersPro and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
