We offer free visual foundation inspections for qualifying homeowners within our service area.
- Our "Free Inspection" is a visual assessment of the accessible foundation components to identify common signs of settlement, cracking, or movement.
- This visual inspection does not constitute a formal structural engineering report, land survey, or soil testing analysis.
- Formal engineering stamps, calculations, or reports for real estate transaction compliance (escrow) or legal proceedings may be subject to separate charges and require engagement of licensed structural/geotechnical engineers.
